With a Master's degree in Spiritual Psychology, in addition to being an 800-hr Advanced Certified
Jivamukti Yoga Instructor and a Sacred Breath Facilitator, no wonder this girl has something to give,
and give she does whole-heartedly.
In fact, it is her wide-open heart that makes students travel from all over to be in her presence.
Teaching and presenting both in her home of Encinitas, CA and internationally, Kristen hopes to share
a space that permissions authentic expression and leaves everyone feeling that they have come home.
Weaving lessons from human experience, Sanskrit, beautiful chanting, and dynamic sequencing, her class
will inspire you to live your greatest YOU so that all of the world may be up-lifted.
